Last night and the largest cheeseburger I ever ate
Thursday, December 28, 2017Well, last night, dad and I went and caught the ferry, then we walked for almost an hour looking for a place to eat. We finally found a place, Hungry Jacks!
We both ate the largest burger we ever saw, an Angus Ultimate Cheeseburger. Dad couldn't finish his burger. I also bought chips and a drink to share.
I said that I wouldn't probably eat the burger again, it had 2 massive beef patties, 2 thick slices of cheese, and pickles, not much else besides the sauces and the bun.
We caught the bus back and slept pretty much straightaway.
Woke up late today, Thinking of going to a nearby factory outlet, however, I might have to go home to do more studies. Need to gather more journals etc for the assignment which I will need to write next week. Very busy! University officially starts again on the 2nd of January 2018, which is next week Tuesday.
I think I even have an online meeting soon, our last one for University.
Looking forward to finish this subject. Mum said I should branch out to computers for work. Not sure about that, it'll be hard to break into the job market. I'll be competing with all the young ones, and at my age they might expect me to be more experienced. Plus it is a very male dominated area. At least with Libraries I can work part time and I have a lot more experience. I will like to take her suggestion seriously though and think about doing something computer wise with a Library stance to it.
Maybe might even do records and archives in the future. I'm more curious about records than archives. Thinking of doing it through Deakin University online. It's a Diploma in Records and Archives.
Well, my masters is nearly finished. One more subject to go after this one. I think my convocation will be in Sydney.
Today is a warm day.
Next year will be our school's 20 year anniversary since graduation. I don't know if I'll go. I haven't been up to much and I'm still pretty much the same except fatter. LOL. Very embarrassing actually.
God bless.
Elaine
