So last assignment was handed in and the results were published last week, I got a Credit, however will be graduating with just under a Credit average for the degree. Unfortunately I did really bad in my very first assignment for the degree and though I got Credits for all the other subject I completed, did not get the marks for a Credit average overall. Graduation ceremony will take place at the end of August 2018.

Not much else to report, I just got my eyesight tested and my right eye's eyesight has degraded to -10. I'm taking a break from proof reading my books, which means my publishing will be put on indefinite hiatus. In lieu of publishing I'm planning to work on my art work. I bought more Ciao Copic Markers from eBay, and watching a series of videos on how to use GIMP on Lynda.com. I currently have a free subscription to Lynda thanks to Charles Sturt University.

Here is a picture I did last night using Ibis Paint app on my Chromebook. It's still early days and I admit I'm not good, but I think if I practice more and watch other people I might be able to get better.



Not sure where the Masters will take me. I only really want to stay in my job as it is right now. The job market is really tough for Library professionals, and I'm blessed to have the job I have, especially after going through two restructures in the organisation in 5 years.

May not purchase a 2 in 1 laptop after-all. I had my eyes on a Lenovo L380 but it has gone up in price to $2000 over, as it was on sale before. So sticking to my Chromebook.

Well that's all. Looking forward to my holidays in Spring time with family. Already thinking of another one after that! Not sure where though...
