These past two weeks I have been kept away from work, staying at home and trying to get better. I have the flu and laryngitis. Worse, my parents are sick too. 😞 We all blame the little boy in our family for bringing the sickness home from daycare, but now he is in full health and we oldies are still recovering.

I also found out I had high blood pressure for a while, it went from 166/90 till now which is a low 111/65 I guess I was stressed because I couldn't go to work, but now have booked an appointment for a 24 hour thing to track my blood pressure over a full day period. Which means I have to take an extra half a day off work, which I do not really like but know I have to if I go ahead and do it.

A lot of things are happening at work which I am pensive about missing out on because I'm staying at home sick. We are moving locations, about 10 minutes down the road, which isn't very far away. But it means culling a lot of our books and other paraphernalia from our collection. Wish I was there to help out, we have about 2 months to do it. Everyone else in the directorate has already moved to the new location.

I'm also working on an online shop, not really to earn money, more like for the experience of it. I ordered a sample of the vintage swimming costume (girls) to see if I like it. However, it is taking some time, it is currently in production and it has to go through Printify's copyright checker. I hope it goes okay, I took the pattern from Pixabay which has a creative common license no attribution required and available for commercial use. So I think it should be okay. I also made a couple of other things like a water bottle, a laptop case, a bag and a hand bracelet. I don't think they would sell, but I'm hoping the vintage swimming costume would, I might try selling it on Etsy if it goes well.

So far one person has signed up but they haven't listed anything yet, so I don't have 40 free listings at the moment.

Thinking of going to Hong Kong next year, during April 2019. Maybe go to Hong Kong's Disneyland. Prices are cheap for older people, 64 years and over. Only 140HKD for a two day pass which equates to AUD30. For me it will be a hefty AUD115 for a two day pass from Klook.

Thinking of staying in the Royal Plaza Hotel which is near the Rosary Church. They have English masses every Sunday 12:30pm and 7pm. Cantonese mass on Saturday 7pm.

So I got it all worked out, using Webjet Package, we can get it for around $1003 per person triple share for 4 nights in April.
