Canada and USA trip 2018 first post

I found out that I had what is known as White Coat Hypertension which is:
a syndrome whereby a patient's feeling of anxiety in a medical environment results in an abnormally high reading when their blood pressure is measured.
We haven't moved yet at work but on our way to get rid of more of our collection by slowly digitising it.
It's been two months since I returned from Canada and America.
It was amazing!
